Experience the Best of Sydney & Beyond

Marvel at UNESCO-protected Blue Mountains, try surfing on sand dunes by the coast & look out for dolphins on a fun discovery cruise —all that plus shopping, sightseeing & much more in Australia’s incredible Harbour City.

About Your Trip

Don’t forget your camera — you’ll want to capture every moment of this action-packed adventure in and around Sydney. You’ll get to know the popular port city starting with a fascinating sightseeing tour of its top attractions, including Royal Botanic Gardens, St. Mary’s Cathedral, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Next, visit Sydney Fish Market with its seafood displays, restaurants and a wharf — you’ll have some free time there to explore and to treat yourself to lunch! Then, you’re off to see Central Park, Hyde Park and Darling Harbour before returning to your hotel.

The following day, you’ll head to the majestic Blue Mountains — a UNESCO World Heritage site — an area renowned for its rock formations, dramatic waterfalls and stunning valleys. Prepare to be wowed as you take in picturesque views of Echo Point and the Three Sisters rock formation. Then, take the excitement up a notch and use your included Discovery Pass to experience exhilarating attractions at the park’s Scenic World — Scenic Railway, Scenic Cableway, Scenic Walkway and Scenic Skyway await the adventurous! You’ll end your tour at Leura Mall, a street lined with boutiques, cafes and souvenir shops.

Your final outing brings you to Port Stephens for adrenaline-pumping fun as you try sandboarding on the dunes near Anna Bay. You can climb up the dunes and ride down as many times as you want — or simply cheer on others as they slide down on their boards. Then, hop on a boat for a delightful dolphin-watching cruise — enjoy lunch on board while you keep an eye out for dolphins.

During your leisure time, you can do as much — or as little — as you’d like! Your historic, award-winning hotel is perfectly set in the Central Business District, so you can experience all that this vibrant destination has to offer. A short walk from the hotel is Circular Quay, a major transportation hub and gateway to many of the city’s most iconic attractions. Or, head west to Barangaroo, Sydney’s newest waterfront district and home to spectacular dining options.

What we love:
• Your Discovery pass gets you unlimited access to the thrilling attractions at Scenic World in the Blue Mountains. Feeling brave? Why not try the Scenic Railway? It’s the steepest incline railway in the world, sloping at an angle of 52 degrees.
• You’ll have a chance to try sandboarding! If you like snowboarding or surfing, you’ll love this exhilarating activity — same technique, just on a different surface.
• Your acclaimed hotel was originally home to a newspaper empire, then a branch of a national bank. Though completely renovated and expanded in 2000 — and again in 2017 — the hotel has kept its gorgeous sandstone facade.
• To maximize your enjoyment, download the DreamTrips™ app to access DreamTrips Local — then earn points on dining, entertainment, spa experiences & more at select spots recommended by DreamTrippers just like you!

This trip will close by January 2.
